![]() ![]() The PNG one ran like hell on my system, I'm currently running an AMD 5700xt, Ryzen 5 2600, and 16gb of 3200mhz of ram. Hey, I attempted to install this texture pack and while the PNG one worked the dds one didn't. You mean a texture pack that just includes the pc textures renamed to the gc hashes? Look in the comments of this post for details: \_pack\_for\_need\_for\_speed\_underground\_2/ However I will look how big it will be upscaled and maybe add it with the next update. 3) Unlike NfSU2 in NfSMW the mini map is not one texture, but is snipped in over 3k pieces. NfSU2 has also some magazine covers in different languages. In case of NfSMW only some UI textures come to my mind. There shouldn't be too many, but if you want them replaced aswell, send me the texture dumps and I will add their replacements to the texture packs. So my texture pack misses other language textures. I played and dumped textures from the german version. As you maybe noticed already I don't play the english version of the game. In case of NfSMW it's the cars from the Blacklist 15 and in case of NfSU2 it's Rachels car. However I upscaled textures of cars from that I knew that they definitely appear in the game. Ofc I can't dump and upscale 10000 car textures. That makes 100x100=10000 possible combinations. So lets say there are 100 different vinyls and 100 different colors available (probably much more). 1) Textures from vinyls can't be replaced because they seem to be generated on the fly and include the car color aswell. The texture packs include almost all textures I came across while playing. The downside with that way is that the button textures will replaced but the device textures won't, because this texture is generated by the dynamic-input-textures feature in the Dolphin Standalone Emu. You just have to rename them by the texture files in my texture pack stored in " GOW/UI/Splash, Logo, Font/Gamepad". You can just copy this folder over to your xbox series x.Ģnd option: If you don't have the chance to setup your gamepad in the Dolphin Standalone Emu you could just open the " #DefaultDevices" folder in " DynamicInputTextures", then make your way to the device that you need (in your case " XBOX 360" or " XBOX ONE") and copy the texture files from there. These texture replacements have been saved to a new folder in " Load" with the name " #Generated_Need for Speed Most Wanted". If you're done with binding, close the " Controller Settings" and you will see that the button and device textures have been changed exactly to the keys that you bound. Next you open the " Controller Settings" in Dolphin and bind your keys. In the game change to a screen where you can see button textures, e.g. Now start the game with the option " Load Custom Textures" enabled. You don't need the other texture folder at this point since you only want to have the controls textures. It's just a bit laborious.ġst option: If you have access to a PC with the Dolphin Standalone you can just copy the " DynamicInputTextures" folder of my texture pack into " Load". But you can still get the texture replacements for the XBOX gamepad. It looks like the Retroarch core doesn't support the dynamic-input-textures feature yet. Glad you like it :) mhh I usually play with the Dolphin Standalone Emu and never tested it with Retroarch. I also made a texture pack for NfS Underground 2, which you can find here For further information how to use a texture pack with Dolphin, you can visit their forum. To use this pack, extract the content of the archive to your dolphin user folder, change the internal resolution in dolphin to atleast x2 and enable the option "load custom textures".The pack comes in DDS-BC7 format (needs less ressources and is faster than PNG).That's almost everything, except the vinyls which are depended on stuff like car color and can't be treated separately which makes like a million combinations possible ![]() All textures which can be replaced have been upscaled. ![]() The texture pack is made for Dolphin, a gamecube and wii emulator.Today I share my texture pack for Need for Speed Most Wanted (Gamecube) with you. ![]()
